埃塞俄比亚GCH项目中,异型建筑竖向振动加速度较大,对结构安全性和使用功能产生了显著不利影响。为此,项目采用调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)安装技术,以有效降低结构惯性力并提升使用舒适度。本文系统介绍了TMD从设计、选型、采购到运输的全过程,阐述了安装前的准备工作、安装与验收流程、测试步骤及关键控制要点,并对吊装、焊接、防腐涂装及质量控制措施进行了详细说明。研究结果表明,合理应用TMD 装置能够显著改善特殊建筑物的减振性能,提升结构安全性与耐久性,对埃塞及类似地区的重要公共建筑具有推广应用价值。
In the Ethiopia GCH project, the atypical architectural structure exhibited considerable vertical vibration acceleration, which posed adverse impacts on both structural safety and functional performance. To address this issue, a tuned mass damper (TMD) system was employed to effectively reduce inertial forces and enhance user comfort. This paper provides a systematic overview of the entire process from TMD design, selection, procurement, and transportation to installation. It elaborates on the preparatory works, installation and acceptance procedures, testing steps, and key control points. Detailed descriptions are also provided for hoisting, welding, anti-corrosion coating, and quality control measures. The results indicate that the rational application of TMD devices can significantly improve vibration mitigation performance and enhance structural safety and durability. This approach demonstrates practical value for implementation in major public buildings in Ethiopia and other regions with similar conditions.
