随着埃塞俄比亚房地产市场的快速发展,传统空心砖施工效率低下,难以满足缩短工期和降低成本的需求。轻质隔墙板作为新型墙体材料,因其施工便捷、搬运轻便和整体性能优越,具有显著的推广价值。本文通过轻质混凝土配合比设计,将材料容重降低至0.9 g/cm³,并且强度≥5 MPa,同时满足埃塞俄比亚、中国相关标准要求。研究表明,轻质隔墙板不仅能够提升施工效率和工程质量,还能显著降低综合成本,对改善埃塞内墙施工工艺、推动建筑工业化进程具有积极意义。
With the rapid development of the real estate market in Ethiopia, the low construction efficiency of traditional hollow brick masonry can no longer meet the demand for shorter construction periods and reduced project costs. As a new type of wall material, lightweight partition wall panels offer significant advantages in ease of construction, convenient handling, and superior overall performance, making them highly suitable for widespread application. In this study, a lightweight concrete mix was designed to reduce the material density to approximately 0.9 g/cm³ while achieving a compressive strength of ≥ 5MPa, meeting the relevant requirements of both Ethiopian and Chinese standards. The research results indicate that lightweight partition wall panels can effectively improve construction efficiency and engineering quality, while significantly reducing overall project cost. This study provides practical guidance for optimizing interior wall construction methods in Ethiopia and promotes the advancement of building industrialization in the region.
